We’re honored and so grateful to share that Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary has been voted Bucks County’s Best Yoga Studio in the 2026 Bucks Happening List 💛

This recognition means so much to us, and it truly belongs to our entire community. Every student who walks through our doors, every teacher who shares their gifts, and every moment of connection on the mat helps shape what Shanteel is.

Jenni brings a playful spirit and deep love for the practice into everything she offers. For her, yoga isn’t just something that happens on the mat. It’s a practice that lives in every moment of the day.

Her classes blend uplifting energy with moments of stillness, encouraging students to tune into breath, alignment, and inner awareness. Meditation, pranayama, and mantra are woven in with care, creating space to feel, observe, and connect more deeply with the practice.

Outside the studio, you’ll often find Jenni outdoors, cooking, sharing her love of essential oils, or spending time with her family. She continues to walk the path of lifelong learning, always remaining a student of yoga and meditation.

Happy Easter to those who celebrate from all of us at Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary. Today invites reflection — a reminder that new beginnings can be soft, subtle, and deeply personal. They live in the quiet breath. The steady step. The choice to keep showing up for yourself. Some will spend the day surrounded by family. Others may find peace in stillness, movement, or a moment of calm. However you honor today, may you feel grounded, loved, and supported.

It needs space.

Space in the body.
Space in the mind.
Space in your schedule, your habits, your attention.

This time of year is a reminder that before anything can fully bloom, something has to soften, shift, or be cleared away.

Creating space might look like moving your body in a way that feels supportive. Letting go of something that feels heavy. Or simply giving yourself a little more room to breathe.

Small shifts can create the conditions for something new to take root.

As we move into spring, it’s common to feel a sense of heaviness or stagnation in the body.

In yoga and Ayurveda, this season is associated with slow, dense energy from winter beginning to shift. Rather than jumping into something intense, this is a time for gentle movement that helps create space and build steady energy.

1️⃣ Cat–Cow
A gentle way to bring movement into the spine and reconnect with your breath.

2️⃣ Low Lunge
Opens the hips and chest, areas where heaviness can accumulate after long periods of sitting.

3️⃣ Revolved Lunge
Adds a soft twist to support circulation and create a sense of internal space.

4️⃣ Standing Side Stretch
Brings length into the side body and allows for fuller, deeper breaths.

5️⃣ Forward Fold
A moment to soften, ground, and settle the effects of the practice.

These shapes move the body in multiple directions, helping to wake things up without overwhelming the system.

Move slowly, take a few breaths in each pose, and notice what begins to shift.

Our Costa Rica retreat has come to a close, and we’re carrying home so many beautiful moments from the week.

Morning practices, time by the ocean, shared meals, laughter, quiet reflection, and the simple experience of stepping away from the everyday rhythm for a little while.

The equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet in equal measure.

In yoga, we often return to this same idea. Steadiness and ease. Effort and softness. Grounding and expansion.

As the season begins to shift and the natural world starts to awaken, it offers a quiet invitation to do the same. To release what feels heavy, realign with what matters, and move forward with renewed energy.

Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be rushed. Sometimes it begins simply by creating space for something new 🌱
