Looking for a refreshing, gut-friendly treat that satisfies your sweet tooth without the blood sugar crash?

This no-bake Greek yogurt tart has you covered. 🍓✨

It’s gluten-free, protein-packed, and filled with nourishing ingredients your body will thank you for.

Ingredients:
• 15 pitted Medjool dates (about 230g), soaked in warm water for 10 minutes*
• 3/4 cup (100g) unsalted cashews*
• 3/4 cup (100g) unsalted almonds
• 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt (plain or any flavor)
• Assorted sliced fresh fruit

Instructions:
1. Spray the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan, cake pan, or pie dish with nonstick spray. Line with parchment paper (a circle slightly larger than the pan works well).

2. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and slice in half.

3. In a food processor, pulse dates, cashews, and almonds until a sticky dough forms.

4. Press evenly into prepared pan and partially up the sides.
Spread the Greek yogurt over the crust. Decorate with fresh fruit.

5. Optional: Mix fruit preserves with a little water and brush over the fruit for a glossy finish.

6. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
