Súper agradecida con cada uno de los instructores que estuvo presente hoy dando su tiempo y sacando esas rutinas que solo ellos lo saben hacer, Gracias enormemente a nuestro invitado y amigo que apreciamos mucho Alfredo .

We are thrilled to announce our new class , at our studio in Selma NC !!!

Yes, as you see it on the flyer we are adding Zumba for SENIORS. We've been blessed with instructors that are certified , full of knowledge in different areas to help the community overall.

Who can participate?
This class is a specifically for our senior people & for anyone that would like to start moving slow, but significant can help you reach your wellness & overweight goal!.


When to start? WEDNESDAY 18th
CLASS IS FREE TO EVERYONE ONLY THIS DATE

Invited your friends to be part of these movement , as our purpose is to reach out those one with special needs and most important ; feel comfortable while moving .
