In honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month, the Central Alabama Regional Child Advocacy Center (CAC) will be visiting each of our five counties next week to plant Pinwheel Gardens. We are also excited to see local elementary schools participating by "planting" pinwheels along their hallways!

We invite you to join us! If you have children in your life who would like to participate, please download the attached [materials/coloring pages] and send us a photo of your finished garden.

🌟 A Huge Community Thank You! 🌟
Our hearts (and our racks) are officially full! We want to extend a massive thank you to some incredible donors who went the extra mile for our boutique and our community this week.

A Special Shout-Out To:
Miss Beverly Fields (Hoover Women’s Clothing)

The Family of Judge Milford (Buddy) Cleveland (Birmingham)

Thank you for your incredible generosity in donating a full wardrobe of men’s and women’s clothing. Because of your kindness, we are able to continue our mission of providing quality clothing to the community at large completely free of charge.

Our Sincere Gratitude
This was all made possible through the support of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated – Southern Region, Alpha Pi Chapter. We are so grateful for your dedication to service and for making these connections happen!

📍 Visit us at the Edmundite Missions Catholic Social Ministries Boutique and More! Come see the new arrivals. Everything is free to those in need—help us spread the word by sharing this post!

At the Selma Area Food Bank, our focus is on supporting our neighbors in their fight against hunger and food insecurity with compassion, dignity, and practical resources.

We strive to ensure that every individual and family in our community has access to nutritious food, essential supplies, and information that empowers them to make healthy choices.

Through partnerships, volunteer engagement, and targeted programs, we work to address both immediate needs and the underlying challenges that contribute to food insecurity.

By providing consistent, reliable support, we aim to strengthen the well-being of our community, fostering hope, resilience, and opportunity for all.

As it turned out, our leaning flagpole was actually bent by the tornado of 2023, and our sign was blown to who knows where. But all is as it should be flagpole removed and a new sign, to start a new year! Blessings to you all
