Hi everyone! I truly appreciate each and every one of you for supporting my small business. As a reminder:

🕒 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
💳 If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

I completely understand that summer gets busy — vacations, kids, last-minute plans — but please understand this is my job and how I support myself and my family. When appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it directly affects my income.

If last-minute cancellations continue, I will, unfortunately, have to begin requiring deposits from everyone to reserve a spot. I really don’t want to do that, but consistency and respect for my time are so important.
