When discussing va**ng with your child:

2️⃣ Explain health risks and dangers clearly
3️⃣ Listen actively and without judgment
4️⃣ Provide factual information and resources
5️⃣ Emphasize making informed, healthy choices

It's often tempting to put baby in the car seat after they have been bundled up to keep warm. However, those extra layers actually mean that your baby isn't strapped in their seat as tightly and as safely as possible.

As temperatures drop, ensure your baby's car seat safety:
1️⃣ Remove bulky clothing before strapping them in
2️⃣ Buckle them snugly, then cover with a blanket or car seat cover
3️⃣ Use car seat covers that don't interfere with harness straps
4️⃣ Warm up the car beforehand to avoid bundling them up in the seat

Flu, covid, strep, RSV...all germs that are easily spread in school.

As the sniffle season sets in, here are some tips to help your child stay healthy at school:
1️⃣ Encourage regular hand-washing
2️⃣ Teach them to sneeze or cough into their elbow
3️⃣ Ensure they stay hydrated and eat nutritious meals
4️⃣ Dress them in layers for changing temperatures
5️⃣ Get enough sleep to boost their immune system
