Today, we’re sipping our way to glowing skin with a refreshing glass of fresh carrot juice!

Carrots are packed with vitamin A (beta-carotene) and antioxidants that help repair skin tissue, fight free radicals, and give your complexion a natural, healthy glow from the inside out. Check out this Glow Up Recipe below.

Glow-Up Recipe:
4–5 large carrots (washed and peeled)
½ apple (for sweetness)
1 small piece of ginger (optional, for a spicy kick)
Squeeze of lemon juice
Blend or juice, then serve over ice and enjoy your glow-up in a glass!
