The City of Seminole Fire Rescue Department (Station 29)provided invaluable assistance today by helping to re-rope our flag pole, a task that had been pending for some time. We extend our gratitude to the three firefighters who took time out of their day to lend their expertise and make our residents proud.

Casa recently hosted a series of engaging events this week, including St. Patrick's Day festivities featuring fun games with Patrick and savory dishes crafted by Gloria, The celebration continued with a trip to La Casa De Las Nenas on Thursday and an entertaining visit from Randy Eugene to finish out the week, which left our residents feet tapping.

This week has been particularly eventful at Casa Celeste, commencing with a delightful ice cream social graciously provided by Bon Secours, followed by a poignant pinning ceremony honoring our Veterans, courtesy of Gulfside Healthcare Services. We extend our gratitude to these organizations for making our residents feel valued and appreciated. We look forward to concluding the week with a performance of The Country Jake Show with Jelvis

Small acts matter:

• Do something that brings you calm or joy

Christmas parties were in abundance at Casa these past few days. We celebrated our team whom we value everyday and then our residents who are the heart of our community. Merry Christmas everyone from our house to yours. 🎄

The Angel Tree Party at Casa was a truly enjoyable event, with the children interacting with the residents being a particular highlight, and a special visit from Santa.

Casa Celeste witnessed a heartwarming event today as veterans were gifted stunning quilts from The Quilts of Valor organization. Each veteran received a specially handcrafted quilt. A beautiful ceremony, led by Kay and Norene, featured each veteran being wrapped in their quilt. The love put into each quilt will be felt for many years to come Thank you Quilts of Valor for an unbelievable morning.

One of our very special residents turned 100 today and Casa celebrated him to the fullest. Family, faith, friends and lots of love filled our dining room today to honor a man who means the world to all of us. Happy Birthday Art. Hope your special day was as special for you as it was for all your friends and staff here at Casa Celeste. 🎉
