Our Story
Licensed Psychotherapist in Seminole Florida. I specialize in alcohol and drug misuse/addiction. Other areas of treatment I work with are: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and helping others through the numerous changes in life that are so necessary. “Life is Difficult”, a quote from Scot Peck, however with help the path becomes clear and possible. I’ve been in practice for 25 years in this area. For many years I accepted insurance but recently decided to allow myself the freedom to be available to my clients and not the “boss.” My rates are reasonable and I spend a full hour with my clients. I utilize my office in Seminole and I also see clients in a park setting. I notice clients open up and relax when they are outdoors in a relaxing setting. It’s all about freedom to be who we are even if it’s only for an hour!
