The healing journey is a journey indeed. This is part of my morning routine right now.
Suction cups loosen compressed tissues and increase blood flow to the area. The last month has been a doozy for a lot of folks and anxiety has intense effects on the body. Using Mindful Movements in the morning and again after work, as well as massage and chiropractic adjustments, I made it through!
The journey is full of many tools, modalities, and trial and error.
