✨ The World as Art ✨

At my Unity church, there used to be a sign that read: “Spirit expressing God.”

I used to explain it like this: if I paint a picture and give it to a friend, that picture isn’t me, but it expresses me. It holds a piece of me, because it came from me.

This morning, I felt a deep realization… what if the world around me is like that? What if life itself is the art I’ve been painting all along?

From one view, Spirit expresses God the way a painting expresses the artist — carrying intention, presence, and essence into form. From another view, my inner state is like the brushstroke that colors my world. And from an even deeper perspective, every moment is God painting through me — an unfolding masterpiece that’s both mine and not mine.

So today I’m sitting with this:

✨️ The world is not just a mirror, it’s my canvas.
✨️ My choices, emotions, and attention are the colors.
✨️ Spirit is the flow that guides the brush.

And perhaps the greatest joy of all is realizing… I get to participate in this artistry, moment by moment.🦋

Honoring the sacred cycle

What if, as a couple, we are being called to honor the feminine cycle as a Sacred occurrence?
What if it’s not just “that time of the month,” but instead an opportunity to come together more deeply? Society often tells us that a woman’s cycle is something to be ashamed of, something to be hidden.

But what if we, as the masculine, step more fully into our divine masculine essence and embrace our partner’s cycle as an opportunity to be the Sacred container — holding her as she flows, releases, and realigns in concert with nature’s rhythms?

Try this for a deeper connection within your relationship:

✨ Track your partner’s cycle with her. See the upcoming menstruation as a Sacred occurrence — an opportunity to support her in the most meaningful way.

✨ Treat this as a quiet time of reverence, connection, and support. Perhaps we buy flowers to celebrate the beauty of the creative process she is traversing. Perhaps we consciously absorb some of her load during this time — cooking meals, tending the home, or taking over daily tasks.

✨ When she is in the deepest part of release, sit behind her, legs wrapped around her. Wrap your arms around her body, placing your hands gently on her womb space — a reminder that “I’ve got you. You are safe, seen, and held in love.”

From here, attune your breath to hers, allowing her rhythm to be the Sacred template. With each inhale, draw in the nourishing energy of Mother Earth — unconditional love and gratitude for creation itself. With each exhale, send her love, warmth, and tenderness.

✨ Offer words of affirmation that honor the sacredness of what she is moving through:

“I honor your cycle, your flow, your divine feminine wisdom.”

“I honor your womb as the source of life, creation, and mystery.”

“I am with you — surrounding you in love, creating a Sacred container of support and protection.”

You can personalize this practice by gently massaging soothing essential oils onto her stomach, lighting a candle, scattering rose petals, or closing with a gentle, nurturing massage — given with no expectation of return.

This is the kind of love and presence that the embodied Divine Masculine provides. After all, the Divine Masculine is the riverbank that gives the Divine Feminine the safety to flow freely in all her cycles and phases.

🕊️ What Is Balance?

Balance is not symmetry. It’s not doing all things equally or perfectly. Balance is a dynamic dance—the moment-to-moment wisdom to know:

🌗 Why We Lose Balance

Modern life often pushes us too far in one direction:

We override our inner knowing with noise, urgency, or guilt.We forget that imbalance is a messenger, not a failure.

When these align, your frequency stabilizes. You become the eye of the storm. You radiate peace even in chaos.

This is why balance is sacred—it is a portal to presence.

🌿 Practices to Return to Balance

Here are a few ways to explore balance, both personally and in your event:

1. Ask the Body

> “Where do I feel tension or tightness?” Let the drum speak to those places. Let breath unwind what is held.

2. Feel Into the Elements

Air – Am I overthinking? Can I breathe more?

Fire – Am I reactive? Can I channel this passion with care?

Water – Am I overwhelmed? Can I soften?

Earth – Am I ungrounded? Can I slow down?

3. Create Sacred Pause

Sometimes the most balanced act is not to act. A pause is a portal. It allows the soul to catch up.

I opened my journal to write and this entry from the 15th just reached out and spoke to me. I dont remember writing it. So, I'm going to accept this as the support I need today and go into some gratitude for my higher self that always takes care of me. Maybe it will.speak to you as well. 💚

✨️Take a moment and take a breath. Close your eyes and feel the energy of and around your body. Tune into this energy. Feel it. The body is just an illusion. All other bodies, just illusion.

Look not outside of yourself for comfort. Be the comfort you have always wanted. Stop looking. you have already found that which you were always looking for, and it is you.

In what ways are you not moving forward? These non advancing energies are rising to meet you. Stand fully in your power, sweet child, for you are the light of the world, the beauty of my eye. You are unlimited, and you are made of fairy dust and light.

Do not step into your power, but leap, jump, both feet in. Be the you you came here to be, and all will fall to your power, around you.

Don't waiver. This now is the time. The only time.✨️

✨️ You have been everything. Expansiveness never ending. All things another aspect of you in another projection of self. Nothing seperate. Nothing lacking. Nothing missed. Nothing to long for. For all experiences have been held by you.

Your beauty is ever unfolding. Carried by us, as we are always with you. Each experience a beautiful collection of growing filled with every emotion, every difficulty, every accomplishment. All, every one, a divine gift of beauty immeasurable.

This too, this here now, another aspect in the rising, the growing, the learning, the knowing. All for you.

In this moment, galactic traveler, you are empowered in the remembering. A tool not given in times of past.

For that which you have agreed to forget has been a key to the passage to this now moment.

A flower must first sprout from a seed. But, the entire essence of the flower and all of its forthcoming beauty have always been present. Just as you, and the ever unfolding beauty of your expression, has always been.

Take a breath and look around you with your single eye, seeing now through the veil. Now it is lifting, gently, ever so gently.

Feel the colors around you. See the creator in all things. Be one with the all of creation. For all is of the divinity of the one. With new eyes, see, and you will experience the outer in a different way.

Allow your feet now to be disentangled from the earth's surface as we carry you higher so that you may see the all of what is from the aspect of the heavens. Nothing hidden. The beauty of all in full parade.✨️

✨️ Shifting now. Feel into this moment with but your heart, placing all outside worries aside. Listen not to the story generated for you. Pay only attention to the story you are writing, for it is the divine story.

Stepping into passion now, you spread your wings. This is the moment you have always longed for. This present moment of now time.

Breathe and listen. Breathe and feel as you settle into this new now moment of beauty, of peace, of a love of which you have not yet known in this instance of you.

Smell it, for it lingers in the air as an essence of divine connection. Connect through each of the senses as they are expanded. You sense more deeply now. With this, you must allow for adjustment. The goal of sensing more, but allowing less to shake you into instability.

Immerse yourself in this now offering of increased sensitivity. Feel all of what surrounds you, knowing the divinity of every sight, every sound, every smell. Lift your hands to the sky and sing your song of life. Dance to the rhythm of the sun, the moon, and the stars until you feel that you are one with all that surrounds you. Nothing seperate. No separation.

Take the hand of another and feel the oneness. Hold gently a plant leaf and feel the oneness. Walk amongst the trees and know their love for you.

Gone are the seemingly meaningless moments of past. Let go of uncertainty. Let go of any feelings of 'I am not enough', for you are all that there is. You are the essence of everything that surrounds you. Take all into heart now as we sing our song of gladness for the beauty and divinity of a journey beautiful beyond compare.

Sing, dance, love. And, find yourself completely immersed in the experience.✨️

✨️Look inward. That which is embraced inwardly appears also without. Creation occurs not on the outside but in the depths of heart.

You're not the busy mind. Breathe. Follow the breath, and it will lead you to the golden chalice. Drink from the chalice. Find all of what you need here for all else is but illusion.

Be the creator. Create from the space of heart and all around you will be the reflection of this heart based creation. For the universe is always listening.

Follow your passions. Follow your passions. Your passions act as a playbook that you put in place for yourself in that time of before.

Follow your heart. For it sings a song of trueness unmatched by any outside Illusory influence.

And know that you are loved. Know that you are always held. In the highest love and highest regard, we hold you now. Breathe in the words 'all is well'.✨️

Feb. 10th, 2025

✨️In the before now moment, you have been afforded experiential learning in a way that has presented as disconnect from your great knowings. For you are more than what you know, more than what you remember of yourself in this moment.

Remember. Remembering who you are not yet in its fullness. But slowly, as if walking up a staircase into a new level of some place that you have little memory of ever visiting.

Breathe. Allow. Breathe. Allow. Let
go of restrictions held in your past. Surrender just to the knowing that there is a deeper knowing to have, to remember. For, your true expansiveness is only gently remembered by you in this moment.

Know that this experience is propagated in its learnings by the illusion of separation. The illusion of separation from self, separation from the knowings that are a deep part of your eternal being. Separation, or the illusion of, yourself from the one creator.

Begin now to feel no separation. In the beginning, you felt to be in isolation from, complete forgetting of your connaction to the creator, to your knowing's fostered by time eternal and to all other selves. Learning and growing through the appearance of great singularity.

But we say believe this no more, for a moment comes to you now of the allowance of connection with your full essence. You were never separate. Never separate from the one loving God. You have never been separate from the selves known to you as 'other'. Only in appearance. Only for the momentary experiential process of feeling the contrast between what has felt unloving and what is eternal love, eternal forgiveness, unconditional acceptance, and pure divinity.

Look about you now, and we say all that you see is an aspect of self. See those who surround you, see every tree, every plant, every rock, every creature and know that all, everything is another aspect of the creator, another aspect of self. See no separation, for the winds of separation have settled and no longer sing the song of illusion of 'other'.

Make a new practice of seeing all as one. All as an extension of the one. No exceptions. For any exceptions that linger are but the result of the allowance of fear.

When you feel yourself separate from any other, go inward, into your sacred space of heart, and ask what do I fear? For only
love and fear exist. And fear is the illusion of the separation from love, which is an impossibility. As you are only that. You are only love.✨️

✨️Center. Find center. Balance in all things ethereal or in physicality. You can learn to walk in balance, irregardless of the load you see yourself carrying.

Silence. Stillness. Find stillness. Do not only find it in meditation. Find it when tested by⁷ the day you find yourself in. Close the eyes for just a moment and find stillness.

Connect to the stillness, through the noise, through what appears to be chaos. In the stillness, you'll find clarity, you'll find peace. You will see the path, and you will feel as one with the path.

Breathe now. Nothing to prove no wrong way. You are a unique expression of the one. Stillness. In the stillness you will find that which you want to do, what you want to become. And you can take yourself to that moment in fullness.

The marriage between the thoughts and emotion carries you into the next now. Become that which you wish to be.

Allow. Feel its presence now in the inner, and it becomes what you see in the outer. Belief is all that is required.

You will find that creation becomes more innate in the days to come. More easily embodied. More fluid in nature will be your outer reality. More maliable. Not rigid as in the before.

Create. This is a time of grand creation. This is a time of fruitious comings. Walk in gratitude. Walk in peace. Walk in loves effervescent light. All is for you. Everything a gift for you. Only wanting for its receipt. Only for the allowance.

Your doubt, your fear solidify the present as an undesired reality. Faith, hope, trust, love, and the direction brought forth by intention are all that is needed to guide, to completely change your experience.

Step into this now. See that which you want to experience. Feel it in its moment of creative gathering and then just release, and know that all must follow the divine creative thought put forth by you.✨️

✨️The story of Shimasani.

I woke around 2 AM. I couldn't get right back to sleep, so I started listening to an audible book. As I was listening, I suddenly had the thought of the word 'name'. Then, just as quickly I had the thought of the word 'Shimusami'. And, I thought 'that's a wierd name'. And then the thought of my drum came to mind. And suddenly, I simply knew that the name of my drum is Shimusami.

So, I tried to look up 'Shimusami' and 'Shimasani' is what came up in its place. It came as an immediate knowing that this was the word I actually received, I just spelled it wrong from the thought that came through. And, in searching Shimasani, I found it meant 'My Grandmother' in Navajo. Grandmother is what most Native cultures refer to the Moon as.

At this point I'm in a stunned state. Im thinking to myself that I can't believe this just happened. Stunned and lost in awe. Especially since i have been really pulled to Native American heritage recently. But. I will always remember this day as the day that the name of my drum came to me. And, from this moment forward, I will know my drum as Shimasani.

Many Native American traditions have Grandmother Moon as the leader of feminine life. Her teachings involve the intuitive and introspective realms of your life. Grandmother Moon has a strong connection to the cycles of life.

It is said that without Grandmother Moon weaving the patterns of the tides, life would not have emerged from the aquatic waters of Mother Earth. She created a rhythm to life that we should listen to.

As Grandmother Moon was weaving the patterns of tides to allow life to emerge from the waters, she talked to the spirit of Dolphin. She told Dolphin to learn her rhythms and to open his feminine side to her silvery light. Dolphin began to swim to these new rhythms and learned a new way to breath. Dolphin is the keeper of the Sacred Breath of Life and teaches us how to use our life-energy through breathing to revitalize ourselves.

✨️This Spirit Guide As Her Own Animal Totem

The animal totem for Grandmother Moon is the Loon. A bird that swims and dives and lives around marshy areas of lakes. Loons have three calls, a yodel, a wail, and an eerie laugh. From the Loon we learn about transformation, maneuverability, mystery, and fidelity.
