The UBC is a 10 week course and Contest that starts through out the year at Jim Graden's World Champion Martial arts and Live Broadcast on ZOOM. It combines fitness kickboxing, resistance training, flexibility and a sound nutritional program to get you in the best shape of your life. The Ultimate Body Challenge is 5 or10 week courses. Practically anybody can stay focused on fitness for at least 5 weeks.

Even at 82, Mick Jagger still dominates the stage with the energy that made The Rolling Stones legendary, and it’s no accident 🤯 His secret isn’t magic it’s decades of discipline, consistency, and a diverse fitness routine that keeps his body and mind in peak condition.

Jagger trains almost daily, but he focuses on variety over intensity. His workouts include swimming, kickboxing, cycling, ballet for balance, yoga, and Pilates for mobility. He trains five to six days a week, but he never pushes to the limit every session.

For him, CONSISTENCY beats INTENSITY, and stamina is the ultimate goal.

Norwegian coach Torje Eike helps him structure a routine that’s challenging yet sustainable, proving that age is just a number when it comes to maintaining fitness. Beyond the physical work, Jagger follows a diet similar to a high-performance athlete and practices meditation, showing that longevity is as much about mind as body.

His story is a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to start prioritizing your health. Whether you’re hitting the gym, taking up a new sport, or simply moving more each day, building a sustainable routine and staying consistent can yield incredible results even into your 80s.
