A UBC program designed specifically for adults 50+ It is also doable.

The UBC is a 10 week course and Contest that starts through out the year at Jim Graden's World Champion Martial arts and Live Broadcast on ZOOM. It combines fitness kickboxing, resistance training, flexibility and a sound nutritional program to get you in the best shape of your life. The Ultimate Body Challenge is 5 or10 week courses. Practically anybody can stay focused on fitness for at least 5 weeks.
