So we did another flapless implant placement today site #4, previously extracted and grafted 4 months ago, placed 3.5mm x 10mm. Guided of course with pilot guide. Awesome torque, healing abutment placed, good to go!

This weekend is a time to remember the brave people who have given their lives for our freedom. I was honored to visit the D-Day Memorial in Normandy, France in 2018. Here are some photos from that day. I was overcome with emotion for all the men who stormed the shore and lost their lives.

The final photo was my view from Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington state, my final duty station before I left the Army in 2020. Every time I saw the flag flying over Mt. Rainier it stopped me in my tracks.

Decided to go flapless for placement of this 3.5 x 11.5mm implant with guide provided by . The tissue looked thick and there was no need to strip the periosteum! Got amazing torque. Only thing I needed is my future 3D printer so I could have sent this patient out in a temp, but that’s in the plans for the future!
