Congratulations to my cousin Michelle Poormon on passing her licensing exam!! I'm very excited to announce that she will be joining our team at Stanton Chiropractic beginning November 1st, 2024. Officially back to work! Leaving baby for the first time was difficult as it always is, but it feels great to be back in business! Thank you all for your patience, well wishes and support through my pregnancy and recovery ♥️ I am currently working Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at my new location in 14 State St.

Upcoming: New Business Location!

I intend to return from my maternity leave in mid October. With this return comes some huge transitions as I will be accepting clients out of my new location within Stanton Chiropractic at 14 State St in Seneca Falls. This transition is very exciting as I will be starting my own business for the first time and working out of a location that better compliments my desired focus in therapeutic massage and bodywork.

As I prepare for this transition, I will be building my webpage and finding a new booking system. This will take some time, but I will have it up and ready to go for my clients to book online upon my return. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns regarding this change.

I also want to share my thanks and gratitude for the team at Elements on Vancleef Salon and Day Spa for all of their love and support these last three years. I have grown immensely as a therapist during my time working there and have had a wonderful experience during my employment there. I hope this new chapter brings new growth as I strive to better serve this community with my service and skills as a massage therapist. I am excited to embrace everything these new changes bring and I will do my best to keep everyone updated as things progress!

Upcoming Maternity Leave!

As many of you know, I am due to have baby #3 in September. As such, my available hours have been reducing in order to be kind to my body. For this reason, my schedule has been booking out farther than usual. I plan to start my maternity leave mid August, so I am encouraging clients to get on my schedule now if you want to secure your bookings before I leave. My remaining schedule is filling up quick! My name is Valerie Goodman and I am currently providing services out of Stanton Chiropractic in Seneca Falls, NY. I have been working as a massage therapist since 2020 when I received my AAS degree in Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health Care from the Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, NY.

My strengths as a massage therapist lie in deep tissue massage with strong incorporations of myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Many of my clients have come to pursue me for pain management through customized, targeted sessions.

I love my job and strive to do the best by my clients in every way that I can. To better serve my clients, I have sought continuing education so I can provide more specialized services and skills. I am now certified and offer modalities such as Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Cupping Therapy, and level 1 Craniosacral Therapy.

I am currently accepting new clients and am always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I am forever grateful to my amazing clients and look forward to my next appointment with you!
