Behavioral Activation is a skill based in the therapeutic modality of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). This is a list where you write down activities you find rewarding (0 not rewarding, 10 very rewarding) with how easy they are to complete (0 not easy, 10 very easy) . For example, taking a walk is a fairly easy activity to complete, but it may not always be very rewarding.

Taking a break from a stressful project, overwhelming situation, or conversation is absolutely OK. It is better to take a break and know your limits than to push through past your limits. Taking a break can look like leaving the room, setting a boundary, setting down the project for a minutes, or taking some deep breaths. What does taking a break look like for you?

What brings you joy? What is one thing you could do right now or relatively soon that could bring you joy? Or someone else joy? One of the easiest things I do for myself is having a mini dance/sing-a-long session with my current favorite songs.
