A concussion is caused by the brain moving quickly inside the skull, which can happen from:
🚗 Sudden stops or jolts like whiplash in a car accident.
🤕 Hard falls where the body’s momentum shakes the head.
🏈 Sports impacts where the body is hit but the head isn’t directly struck.

So despite what you might think, you don't have to hit your head to have a concussion!
