✨ Our Weight Management Program is Back! ✨
We are excited to officially reopen our weight management program with some updated policies and protocols designed to make the process smoother and more efficient for everyone.
Please review the following important updates before booking:
• Payment is required at the time of booking for both in-person and online appointments.
• Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• All intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. If forms are not completed on time, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.
• Cancellation notifications will be sent automatically by email.
• Previous patients returning to the program will be enrolled as new patients under the updated program structure.
• Messages sent to personal accounts outside after 6pm will be answered the following business day. Please use official business communication channels whenever possible.
