NEW TO BLACK CHIROPRACTIC & WELLNESS!!

FIRST - I am so excited to move UPSTAIRS at The Lumberyard in November (the stairs are inside the rusty rooster doors to the right) The space is perfect! - I will be keeping my main floor office as well for those who don’t do stairs well.

SECOND- Total body workout group classes are starting Wednesday November 5th! This will be total body workout that is sure to make you feel the burn!
10 spots are available for each class with sign ups on https://blackchiropracticandwellness.janeapp.com.
$15 per person cash or card payment day of.
Please bring your own exercise mat and 2 dumbbells. 5-15 lb weights are recommened to start or you can just use body weight!

Classes will be determined by # of sign ups the day before. If there are not enough people signed up, the class will not take place and you will be notified by text.

***time of classes are subject to change/add on in the future with more interest
