You can program up to six medication or cordial reminders per day. One of our trained staff members will check on your well being if the reminders are not acknowledged.

30 Hour Backup Battery

The Help Personal Response System has a 30 hour backup battery in case of an instance where there is a power outage. It will recharge once the power is restored.

24 Hour Self-Testing Unit

Our Personal Response Systems perform a self-test every 24 hours to ensure reliability. Our pendants also tests to the unit every 4 days.
