Here’s the Big Announcement!!! I am now the owner of Baby Dimensions in Newnan!!!! I am so excited to start this new chapter and be able to see all the mommas in this office!! I will hopefully be able to incorporate my mobile services as well!! Thank you to everyone the last couple of years that have used my mobile services and I hope to see everyone soon.
*MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT FROM BABY DIMENSIONS*
Hey ladies, this is Stacey, owner of Baby Dimensions. As many of you know, I started having bad back pain in 2021. After many diagnostic tests in 2022, my doctor determined that I needed spinal fusion to correct the problem. On January 31st of 2023, I had spinal fusion of L-5. Throughout all this year, my healthcare team and I tried hard to heal my pain and make my back better so I could continue my work. To be fair, it helped some problems, but the excruciating pain in my back is being caused by severe arthritis. The arthritis is caused from doing ultrasounds for 34 years. It is questionable whether I will continue to be a sonographer and I need to take time off to focus on my health to get better.
With that being said, it is with mixed emotions that I announce that I will be stepping down and selling Baby Dimensions to Jill Harmon. Many of you may already know Jill and her local, mobile, ultrasound company: Special Delivery 4D. I am sad to not do baby ultrasounds anymore, but happy that I found her to take over this incredible, fun business that I started.
I have been talking and meeting with her for the past few months. In that time, I came to know her and have also watched her scan. Everything that I have seen has proven to me that she is a lot like me in her demeanor, personality and, amazingly enough, her scanning abilities. If you know us at Baby Dimensions, you know that we are VERY picky about who we have hired in the past to scan our ladies at the business. I can honestly say that I have full confidence in her abilities and whole-heartedly endorse Jill for you ladies to come have your 3D/4D/HD elective scan with her. I will continue to work with Jill, so she learns the routines at the office, until about the middle of January. We are hoping for a seamless transition as Jill takes over officially as owner of Baby Dimensions on January 1st, 2024. At that time, she will be coming on this page and introducing herself to you all and answering any questions that you may have.
In conclusion, my partner, Jil Daniel (I know…2 different Jills can be confusing), and myself are very heartbroken over having to step down from the business. We have come to think of all of you ladies as family. In 16 years, we have worked a long time to build it up to the successful business it is today. inevitably, you begin to think of that business as your own child. Jil Daniel has been an integral part of making Baby Dimensions what it is today, and I could not have done any of this without her marketing and “conversational” skills. We are really going to miss seeing you all every day.
We would like to thank the ladies that chose to come to us and the community for supporting us. God has watched over and blessed us so much, we thank him every day. Now it is time for Jill Harmon to continue Baby Dimensions into the future with her dynamic skills and techniques. We wish her all the best!
