I will never regret my 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training or going forward to obtain my 500 hr certification. Even if I had never taught yoga afterwards, it taught me so much about myself and how I wanted to my life. For my Intermediate/Gentle/Chair Yoga peeps at Piedmont Newnan Fitness Center-
Piedmont made the decision that the fitness center will not open till 1:00pm this Monday January 26th. No yoga classes that day. Stay warm and safe!
