Meet my new equine friend — a sturdy, sweet soul who came in tight, guarded, and unsure… and now? He sighs when I show up. He leans into my hands. He chooses connection.

After 4 days of intentional bodywork, he's moving with more ease, blinking slower, breathing deeper, and letting go.

After the work was done we hung out for a moment. No agenda. Just trust. And it felt like a quiet miracle.

The unexpected happened. One of my kids, only in his thirties, had a stroke. I've been at the hospital every day, offering support. Make sure and love the heck out of your friends and family because sh*t happens when you least expect it. We're praying for a full recovery. 🙏❤️🙏
