This is a vital role focused on optimizing our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and ensuring our clinical staff has the best tools and training to succeed. If you enjoy troubleshooting, creating user-friendly guides, and improving workflows to enhance patient care, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for staff on EMR systems and clinical applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for system support, researching and troubleshooting issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation that make everyday tasks easier for our clinical providers.

Manage user access and security for our electronic health records and billing systems.

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of practical experience with electronic health records and billing systems in a healthcare setting.

An AA degree (or 2 years of equivalent healthcare experience in lieu of the degree).

Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology/coding (ICD-10, CPT) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Someone who can explain technical concepts in a clear, friendly way to a diverse group of people.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the front-line connection for our patients—keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.

What you’ll do:
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
• Schedule and manage appointments for 25+ providers
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance
• Collect and post co-payments and balances
• Manage multi-line phone calls and patient messages
• Support clinic operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
• Participate in clinic meetings

What we’re looking for:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
