We are looking for a Clinical Data Analyst to join our team! You will be the bridge between raw data and better healthcare outcomes, helping our providers and leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends!) ☀️

💡 What You’ll Do
As our Clinical Data Analyst, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be telling a story. 📈
Visualize Data: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards in Power BI to support clinic leadership.
Drive Quality: Monitor clinical performance and identify gaps in care to help us provide top-tier service.
Collaborate: Work closely with Clinical Informatics and Quality Managers to ensure our reporting is accurate and actionable.
Innovate: Automate workflows and streamline data collection to keep our organization running efficiently. 🤖
Ensure Compliance: Keep our data secure and HIPAA-compliant while prepping for regulatory audits.
🎯 Who You Are
Educated & Experienced: You have a degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 🎓
Tech-Savvy: You’re a pro with Excel and Power BI. If you know SQL or Epic EHR, that’s a huge plus! 💻
Detail-Oriented: You spot inconsistencies a mile away and take pride in data accuracy. 🔍
A Communicator: You can explain technical data to non-technical staff with ease. 🗣️
Local Adventurer: You have a valid driver’s license and are ready for local travel as needed. 🚗
✅ Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with healthcare quality measures (UDS, eCQMs, MIPS) is a plus!
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Experience with tribal healthcare programs or community health (FQHCs) is highly preferred. 🤝
