Now it’s 2024 and this weight loss clinic is a little bit of private practice helping others without a burden of bureaucracy, insurance and administration.

I’m down to 145 lbs. Tirzepatide has a greater appetite suppression than semaglutide if you find yourself still hungry. It’s important to weigh daily and count calories. I do 50 sit-ups and pushups daily but started at 20 each.

Recently used sermorelin which is growth hormone stimulator. Helps burn belly fat and build muscle. But as a cell growth stimulator it has an increased risk of cancer.

Got my weight down into the 145 range today. I think tirzepatide and sermorelin work well together to maintain muscle when working out on these meds

Best shape I’ve been in since my 30’s I think!!

Today 20 mins in the elliptical, 20 bicep curls, 40 military presses, 40 torso twist, 20 triceps.

Minimum 20 sit-ups and 20 pushups a day…. Monday I did 120 each and 2 miles on the elliptical

I have an Enlightened Audio Designs DVD Master 8000 from 2003 purchased used. The disc transport stopped opening about 2010 and I kept it around thinking I would sell for parts. Today I got it out and found there was Charlottes Web DVD in it and still played… so just won’t open. Well I took it apart and cleared the misalignment.

I bought this is Nebraska when I worked there as a hospitalist and operated with Benjamin Hung for fun and camaraderie.

I contemplated throwing this out or listing for parts but today I got it working again. I’m so happy. For those of you with CDs. An audiophile machine playing a disc is better sound quality than streamed music by far

Left it in a rotting delivery pallet for 10 years. Finally got around to gravel base and level it onto a plastic platform

Meant to post this on my personal page, but I’ll add here that tirzepatide is curbing my appetite a lot more than semaglutide. Also building muscle with sermorelin.

Those meds are all still available for now.

FDA has set March 19th as last day for compound pharmacy tirzepatide. Semaglutide also under plan for removal but latest is maybe last day April 22nd. After production stops then will be the remaining stock on hand

If you’re afraid to run out of compounded GLP-1, I would suggest ordering now.

FDA judges that semaglutide and tirzepatide are no longer in the shortage list thereby preventing compound pharmacies from producing the compounds for foreseeable future.

I suspect this will be temporary as in months but not for certain. I will order additional for local dispense in Washington. If you’d like to continue with treatment with either medication please be aware.

We enjoyed some good wine at 8300ft elevation. We split a Caymus jeroboam 8 ways one night and some Bordeaux and Bryant family another night. Unfortunately alcohol decreases hemoglobin affinity for binding oxygen and my sat was dropping to 79%.

Better with acclimatization but best with avoiding alcohol at elevation. Maybe I’ll avoid it completely.
