It's a beautiful Sunday. I had a bit of a fall early this morning I was using my crutches and must've mis stepped and fell backwards my lower back hitting the end of my box springs that was jutting out under my mattress.
My back is rather sore and affecting my good leg and balance and I am moving a lot slower today. Keep on keeping on.. Stretching my back out now seems to be helping.
