We had such an amazing turnout for our annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, the residents loved watching all the kids. We are so grateful for this community!

We planned to start around 10:30 to give everyone time to get here, but the Easter Bunny got a little too excited and things kicked off early. We’re so sorry to anyone who arrived right as it wrapped up because of that, but we are really glad so many of you still stopped by, got to see the Easter Bunny, and be part of the day.🐰

We’re already taking notes and promise next year will be even better and more organized and hopefully a lot less cold and wet too!

Thank you again to everyone who came and made it so special. We loved getting to celebrate with all of you and can’t wait to do it again next year!❤️

Yesterday our residents were able to finish filling the last of our eggs for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt with help from one of our SBL High School friends. We’re so blessed to have such an amazing, supportive community.

We can’t wait to see everyone Saturday! 🐣

Pucker up, people 😘🍫

We recently held a very serious, highly scientific contest at Embassy Rehab & Care Center to find out who the best “kisser” is. The challenge? Guess the exact number of Kisses in the jar.

Well… Nakalyn, our rockstar restorative aide, didn’t just guess – she nailed it 💋👏

Turns out when it comes to Kisses, she’s got the sweetest instincts in the building. Coincidence? We think not. Clearly, she knows her way around a jar of chocolate – and now she officially holds the title of Embassy’s Sweetest Kisser 🏆🍬

Congratulations, Nakalyn! Your prize is bragging rights, chocolate glory and eternal fame in the break room 😄

It’s Activity Professionals Week and we’re recognizing Les Hagerdon, our Activity Director at Embassy Rehab & Care Center 🎉💙

Activity Professionals Week recognizes the heart behind daily life in our community. Activity professionals create moments of connection, purpose and joy – from group programs to one-on-one visits – helping residents stay engaged and feel at home every day.

Being an Activity Director in a skilled nursing facility comes with unique challenges. Residents are at many different levels, and programming has to be thoughtful, flexible and inclusive. It takes creativity, careful planning and genuine care to meet each resident where they are.

Shoutout to our Star Employee for January, Kimberly McCumber 🎉🍽️

We are kicking off the new year with a good one! Kim is a rockstar in our kitchen at Embassy Rehab & Care Center, serving as both a cook and dietary aide. She truly cares about our residents, and it shows in everything she does – from making sure meals are just right to going the extra mile to be sure everyone has what they need. 😊

Her hard work, positive attitude and genuine love for our residents make a difference every single day. Kim also leads by example and inspires her kitchen teammates to do their best. 💛

Kay Keenan from Mary Kay once again stopped by and pampered our ladies with lip cream,eye shadow, and cool mint lotion for our ladies and men. Thank you Kay for bringing gifts to all our ladies and men,and as always it is such a treat for us to have you come and spend time with our residents . They really got the spa treatment!
