Does the thought of getting up earlier than you have to stress you out? You don’t want to get up early and then have to put on workout clothes?
Getting up early is not easy but I know it’s the only time I have to do something good for myself. Groggy, stumbling around to my bathroom to put on workout clothes was a challenge most mornings. I used to be off-balance and have to hold onto the wall. That is, until I started to go to sleep in my workout clothes. Sleeping in my workout clothes means that I can get out of bed. Mix my energize and hit my workout. I don’t have to take 5 or 10 minutes to put on an outfit to work out in, because it’s already on and I don’t have to stumble around in the bathroom, half asleep holding onto the wall.
I do what I have to do to get my workout in. What modification could you make to your morning routine to do something good for you?
