How I Got Into Fitness and Why I am here to stay

Background

I have played multiple sports over the course of my life, never sticking to one until about high school when I then narrowed it down to basketball and football. Everyone knows fitness and health in sports make you or breaks you at the end of the day! I played high school sports at Walsh Jesuit, in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, lettering in both basketball and football, then went on to play collegiate football at St. Francis University (PA)...

Why I love What I Do

I am here because I want to and there’s nothing more satisfying then educating and training someone in over reaching there goals, and helping them achieve long-term success. To be honest, there’s nothing else I would rather do!... I’ve had over 15 jobs with no meaning or not a good fit, personal training is something i could do all day long and be happy about. The way i train or coach is different then most, simply because, I do more then the 45-minute session... I’ll talk to you answer all your questions, go grocery shopping with you, give you different ways to approach your diets, research answers I don’t know, etc.
