Why I love What I Do
I am here because I want to and there’s nothing more satisfying then educating and training someone in over reaching there goals, and helping them achieve long-term success. To be honest, there’s nothing else I would rather do!... I’ve had over 15 jobs with no meaning or not a good fit, personal training is something i could do all day long and be happy about. The way i train or coach is different then most, simply because, I do more then the 45-minute session... I’ll talk to you answer all your questions, go grocery shopping with you, give you different ways to approach your diets, research answers I don’t know, etc.

I have been personal training for 5 years and sports performance training for 3 year. I have trained for at FitWorks, Garfield Heights High School, and Onyx Health Clubs, holding all the different ranks of gym management, all before moving to a more independent setting training individuals at home and partnering with business to provide more.. I strive for results and like to set up my clients with personalized programs to help reach their goals!

I am a physical therapist with considerable knowledge of exercise, but I hired Kinosha since I was in a rut with my exercise routine. By far the best personal trainer I've ever had. I've worked with other trainers, but not someone like Kinosha who really puts in effort and time to help clients with proper techniques and skill.
