Diet is JUST the top of the iceberg when it comes to health.

You could be eating all the right things and eating all the anti inflammatory foods, but lack in all the areas of life.

Health is all encompassing. Your relationships, stress level, toxic burdens, quality of sleep, movement, creativity, home life and so much more directly impact your health.

When I work with my clients, I not only heavily focus on a whole food diet, and clean ingredients, but I also focus on their bowel movements (yes, I’ll ask), their sleep cycles, how their mood has been, their social lives, their energy level, even their s*x drive.

Health isn’t a narrow concept. It is so much more broad than we use to realize. We use to focus on just the physical aspect, but it includes overall emotional, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, occupational aspects, too.

While diet is very important, there are so many other parts of our lives that deserve love and attention.

When you start making small, positive changes in your life, you will notice a healthier and happier you.

Complex vs. Simple Carbs✨ What's the difference?

For starters I can tell you that Not all carbs are created equal. Especially not the ones that are created in factories. 👏

The moment I stopped buying packages foods, put down the store bought breads, limited the candy and focused on whole, complex carbs I notice a huge increase in energy. Even my mood improved.

Does that mean I never eat simple carbs? No. That just means that I am aware of how I feel, sleep, and function after I eat them. I tend to reach out complex carbs 85% of them time!

What's your favorite carb to eat? I think NOTHING beats home made bread, right out of the oven with some butter.
