After two decades in aesthetics, I can tell you this: little habits make the biggest difference over time. Here are the 5 things I wish I had started earlier:

1️⃣ Treating my neck & décolleté with the same products I use on my face

2️⃣ Keeping my neck and chest out of the sun

3️⃣ Putting my eye cream around my upper lip (The muscle around the eye is the orbicularis oculi and the muscle around the lip is the orbicularis oris. They are both muscles that contract so why not use the same products there??!!)

4️⃣ Investing more money in cute hats LOL

5️⃣ Reapplying sunscreen every 4 hours
