🎨✨ Introducing Fidget & Flow: A Creative Therapy Group for Girls with ADHD ✨🎨

Does your middle schooler thrive through movement, imagination, and self-expression? Fidget & Flow is a supportive therapy group designed just for girls in grades 6–8 navigating life with ADHD.

Through art, creativity, and connection, we’ll explore:

💖 Building self-esteem

💪 Growing self-confidence

🗣️ Practicing self-advocacy

🌈 Strengthening emotional regulation

Each week offers a safe space to create, share, and grow—no art experience needed, just a willingness to explore and be yourself!

🗓️ Tuesdays 6:30–7:30 PM

📍 Starting October 21 – December 2, 2025

💵 $180 for 6 weekly sessions

📍 Location: Park Wellness Group Offices - Severna Park

We’re thrilled to invite your 2nd & 3rd graders to a brand-new therapy group designed just for them:

✨ Your Story, Your Choice ✨

This fun and interactive read-aloud and skills workshop uses the beloved book What Should Danny Do? to help kids explore the power of their choices. Through stories, discussion, and hands-on activities, we’ll build skills in:
• 🧠 Responsible decision-making
• 💬 Accountability
• 💖 Emotional regulation

Group Details:
📅 Date: Thursday, October 28th, 2025
📍 Location: Park Wellness Group, Severna Park
🕘 Times: Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM – 2:45 PM

💰 Cost: $30 per child | $20 per sibling

We’re excited to share that Lauren Yorkis (LGPC) is now offering Family Consultations and Parent Education Services to help families navigate challenges and grow together. With her background in family systems and child development, Lauren provides parents with tools and strategies for improving communication, managing transitions, and addressing behavior concerns.

💡 Services Include:
- Family consultations to tackle parenting challenges
- Tools for strengthening family communication
- Support for behavior and transition concerns

Lauren works collaboratively with parents and caregivers to create a positive and supportive environment for the entire family. While she doesn’t provide individual therapy for children, her holistic approach is designed to create lasting change within the family unit.
