Meet Vaishnavi!👋

Vaishnavi is a South Asian mental health therapist, licensed graduate professional counselor (LGPC) with a master of arts in forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Vaishnavi’s approach is eclectic and she believes that each individual is unique. Vaishnavi helps each individual develop and strengthen a positive relationship with themselves and those around them by creating a safe, nonjudgemental environment where individuals feel safe to express their emotions.

Meet Sydney!👋

Sydney is a recent graduate of East Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication. Through her own therapy journey in college, Sydney discovered a deep passion for mental health and wellness. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and believes wholeheartedly in the power of therapy to foster healing and growth. Sydney now brings her compassion, lived experience, and communication skills to Waves of Wellness Studio as a Client Care Coordinator.
