My dear friend and former client, Michael Molinaro's health journey started in the ER with kidney stones and a wake-up call from his wife. What came next? A simple 7-minute walk after dinner and a decision to start showing up differently.

He began with short-term use of a GLP-1 medication, but because he had the right tools in place~nutrition, movement, gut health support, and a holistic plan~he was able to come off it and take full ownership of his health.

It's the perfect time of year to whip up homemade batches of bone broth to soothe your body and soul!

Bone broth is a powerful traditional way to use food as medicine! Itโ€™s rich in collagen and amino acids that can support skin, joints, and bones. Itโ€™s also a delicious way to support gut health by reducing inflammation and protecting and rebuilding gut tissue. This simultaneously assists the immune system by helping the gut do its job as a strong barrier against outside pathogens.

This easy recipe yields about 10-12 cups of delicious nourishing broth that you can sip on throughout the day or add to soups and other recipes! I love it as a simple way to warm up periodically through the day and satisfy snack cravings. Enjoy!
