Bittersweet: Closing a Chapter, Opening a New One
This is a hard post to write because it marks the end of a chapter that has meant the world to me. After 26 years, I am officially closing my lactation practice October 1.
Being invited into families’ lives during such tender, emotional and transformative moments has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I’ve witnessed so much strength, love and resilience-and I carry those stories and relationships with me.
While this chapter is ending, I am beginning something new: I have become a REALTOR. It may look like a big shift, but to me, it is the continuation of what I love-helping people feel supported, empowered, and at home.
To every parent who let me walk beside them-thank you, truly. You have shaped me in ways I will never forget.
We have followed our hearts to the beach and moved to Fenwick Island, Delaware. And as I start this next chapter, I would be grateful if you would keep me in mind when looking for a beach house or a forever home.
With deep gratitude,
Kimberly Knight
