Tomorrow is International Repetitive Strain Injury Awareness Day- a reminder that repetitive movements at work, at home, or on the job can gradually lead to pain, inflammation, and long-term damage if left untreated.

Repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) often affect the hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and neck, and symptoms can start subtly before becoming more serious. Early evaluation and proper treatment are key to preventing chronic discomfort and restoring function.
