The SWI Industrial Solutions Workshop received one of the five 2025 AHEI Grants for their “Health Aid for Employees First Aid Program.” SWI is a non-profit, light manufacturing facility that hires individuals with developmental disabilities to assemble various products. Their First Aid Program kits include: Band-Aids, gauze, antiseptic spray, Coban wraps, surgical tape, first aid boxes, gauze scissors, Isopropyl prep pads, elastic tourniquets, instant cold packs, and latex gloves.
They were able to purchase five kits to be distributed in the three facilities and two community engagement businesses they own, manage, and operate.
YOUR support helped SWI purchase these much-needed kits to be distributed throughout their facilities, so they are prepared if an employee has a minor accident.
