Did You Pull Something Shoveling?
If you feel sore after shoveling, that can be normal…
BUT these are signs it may be more than “just sore muscles”:
🚩 Red flags:
• Sharp pain when bending or twisting
• Pain that spreads into your hip/leg/arm
• You can’t stand up straight
• Pain isn’t improving after 48 hours
• Shoulder pain when lifting the arm
✅ The good news: most shoveling injuries improve quickly with the right plan.
