Embark on a journey toward greater self-awareness with a gentle, noonday, 60-minute practice focused on illuminating deep self-healing relaxation, releasing daily stress symptoms, and renewing the body's natural energy and balance. Restorative Somatic Yoga, led by Grace, a contemplative yoga teacher, involves the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in extended 5–10-minute restorative yoga poses designed to improve flexibility, release myofascial tension, soothe the nervous system, calm racing thoughts, and help reconnect mind/body awareness. It is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing chronic fatigue, recovering from injury/addictions/trauma, making it a vital component of holistic health and well-being practices.
