My name is Rosemary Talley, wife to a supportive husband, mother to two wonderful children, and a practicing holistic health coach. Several years ago my sister Mima was killed in an auto accident. She was just about to go back to school to get her BSN degree. My sister was a nurse that gave all she had to her patients. I decided shortly after, that I would go back to school to achieve my lifelong dream of earning a college degree as a way to honor my sister. Just as my sister, I truly love to help people and so I decided to become a health coach. I am a graduate of Kaplan University where I got my BS Degree in Health and Wellness. I then continued my education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. It was at IIN that I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INCH). Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Within each of lies the ability to achieve a level of wellness that we never thought possible. Some of us just need a little help getting there. My job is to provide you guidance and acccountability. Everyone's health goals and desires are unique, just like them. I will be a supportive mentor helping you through dietary and lifestyle changes while providing personalized one-on-one ecouragement. This amazing human spent the past 8 months busting her butt in school and pulled straight A's and then today passed her Pharmacy technician certification exam. Next up licensing. To say I am proud is an understatement. I love watching her achieve her goals. Oh and she does killer makeup to boot.
