I got a 3D printed drone flute during this holiday season. This one is from I AM SOUND, in F #.

I’ve never played flute I until now so any tips are appreciated!

I very drawn to drone instruments so I’m excited to learn this flute and incorporate it into my sound baths.

Special thanks to the Yoga Barn for such a wonderful space.

A beautiful group took the time for some self care at my New Years Sound Bath Meditation, during this Wolf Moon.
They reflected and released what isn’t needed from the past year, and called in qualities that are meant for them for the coming year.

Some qualities might be:
Ease
Trust
Creativity
Possibility
Clarity
Presence
Inner Peace…
