✨healthy, glowing skin starts from within✨

at Face it! Spa and Wellness, we believe what you put on your plate is just as important as what you put on your skin. nourish your body with these two quick nutrient packed recipes that support radiant, healthy skin.

🥗Greek Goddess Salad 🥗
Ingredients:
1c baby spinach
1c fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
1 small shallot
2 lemons juiced
1/4c olive oil
1/4c cashews
1/3c grated cheese
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp salt

Dressing:
Chop 1/2 head green cabbage, 3 cucumbers, and 1 bundle green onions into a large bowl.

Blend until creamy & bright green. Pour over veggies, toss, & enjoy (great with tortilla chips!)

🤠Cowgirl Cavier🥑
Ingredients:
½ red bell pepper
½ orange bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
Candied jalapeños, to taste
½ red onion
15oz black beans, rinsed
7.5oz can pinto beans, rinsed
1 avocado
½ cup pineapple, diced or mango

Optional:
1 cup corn
2 tosp feta cheese
½ can sliced black olives
Cilantro

Dressing:
Juice 2 limes
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning
1 ½ tsp honey (option to make spicy honey)

Shout out to Rebecca Kennedy with peloton for this recipe! Totally a win in our house my daughter hates peppers and she devoured this as a snack after school.

Our Story

CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients who do not come to their scheduled appointment and do not contact the spa in advance to cancel or reschedule must pay a fee of 50% cost of services. Clients who are scheduled to receive $50 or more worth of services and cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Clients who miss three appointments without contacting the spa in advance to cancel or reschedule must pre pay for all future appointments.
