We are coming up on 1 month of telehealth services and we have only seen 2 patients. It’s painfully obvious that this structure is not financially feasible, so all services including telehealth will be ending effective immediately. I do greatly apologize for the continued inconvenience.

We are ready to serve you fully remote the best that we can! 865-286-9229 same number same level of care just in a slightly different format! Serving adult and pediatrics. Acute and chronic illness including mental health and hormone replacement.

It’s taking a little longer than expected to get all my systems switched over to telemedicine; primarily the phone service (thanks spectrum) anyway, we are going to remain open as a remote office and will be able to provide most of the services that we always have including: chronic disease management, mediation refills, referrals when needed, sick visits and urgent visits when needed just in a virtual platform. I am also toying with doing home visits if there is interest. Until all the kinks are worked out reaching out here is the best way to contact me. It is with heartbreak that I announce the impending closing of the clinic. Care in Faith Family Wellness started as a labor of love, a deep passion to provide a different kind of healthcare to the people of our community. However, with the continued uncertainty of the economy, I have been left financially drained with little hope of being able to continue to sustain my small business. While I will forever be grateful to my loyal patients and the support that you have shown, continued last second cancellations and no shows have certainly played a huge roll in this decision. If you or your family are current patients you will be receiving a letter soon detailing further steps. We will continue to see patients until April 1st any scheduled appointments beyond that point will be contacted. This has been one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make but through months of prayer and debate it’s time. I may continue a telehealth based system if enough interest is shown.

Meet the newest addition to our Staff! Renee has a diverse medical background from phlebotomy to primary care. Being a parent of a medically complex child she understands the struggle of being not only being a healthcare professional but a mother as well, and brings that devotion and compassion with her every day. When she isn’t with us she loves to spend time with her family and her fur babies reading, and the UT VOLS!!! Look forward to meeting Ms. Renee on your next visit. We are so blessed to have her as part of our team.

Finally finished my certification! I am now working on my holistic provider certification, as well as becoming certified as an addiction medicine advanced practitioner.

About half way through my naturopathy certification and starting my holistic practitioner program as well. I’m so excited to be able to provide yall, my patients, my family with the best care that I can!! Next up…. Who knows!!!! Stay tuned

Good morning Facebook Family! I hate to even have to make this post, but, this is continuing to be a major problem and I have to address it. We are having an enormous amount of no call no show appointments, and when it involves a family of 5 it leaves most of the day empty with appointments that patients could have really used. Moving forward, after 1 no call no show patients will be required to pay for their visit with no refund if they miss. Most of you know that I am EXTREMELY easy to contact. Many of you even have my personal cell phone number. With that being said, if you ever need to reschedule or cancel PLEASE call as soon as you can to 865-286-9229 and leave a message or email me at jesi@careinfaith.net, or email info@careinfaith.net, or send a PM to the page or even my personal page. We are a very small business and this is how we feed our families and can not continue to even operate with so many continued no shows.
