The providers at Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic treat patients in need of primary medical care, dental care and behavioral care. inic is the medication assistance program, providing access to affordable medications for chronic diseases. Patients are charged based on a sliding fee using the Federal Poverty Level for services provided and no one is refused care if unable to pay.

🎓 CONGRATULATIONS, HANNAH & DALIA! 💚💙

This past Saturday was a very special day for two members of the the Mountain Hope family as both Hannah Butler and Dalia Diaz graduated together from East Tennessee State University! 🎉

Dalia began her journey with Mountain Hope nearly two years ago as a medical receptionist while working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Since then, she has grown within our organization and now serves on our Behavioral Health team as Grant Coordinator.

We are also excited to share that Dalia has been accepted into the highly competitive Institute for Integrated Behavioral Health into Primary Care program through East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine where she will now begin working toward her Master’s Degree. This specialized program trains social workers, psychologists and other behavioral health professionals to provide care within a primary care setting, helping improve access to behavioral health services for patients identified through primary care screenings and visits. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and excited for what lies ahead for Dalia! ✨

Hannah joined Mountain Hope last year as a social work intern while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Through their time serving at the clinic, Hannah and Dalia became friends and teammates united by a passion for helping others. ❤️

Now, after graduating side by side, Hannah will officially be joining the Mountain Hope team full time as a Clinical Therapist! 🙌

We are incredibly grateful to support interns and employees as they pursue their education and dedicate their lives to caring for others, especially uninsured and underserved members of our community. Their compassion, commitment and heart for service reflect the mission of Mountain Hope every day.

ONE OF OUR BEST TOURNAMENTS YET ⛳💙

What an incredible day at the 7th Annual Swingin’ For Hope Golf Tournament at Gatlinburg Golf Course!

Because of our amazing players, sponsors, volunteers and community supporters, this year’s tournament was one of our most successful yet. We are proud to share that our fundraising efforts nearly doubled what we raised last year, helping Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic continue providing compassionate, affordable healthcare to uninsured people who live or work in Sevier County.

From the beautiful weather and scenic course to the laughter, fellowship and friendly competition throughout the day, the feedback was overwhelming. So many participants told us this was one of the best tournaments yet, and we could not be more grateful.

THANK YOU Leadership Tomorrow / Sevier County 💙

Today, we are celebrating an incredible act of service that has made a lasting impact on our clinic and the patients we serve.

Through their Leadership experience, this dedicated group from Leadership Tomorrow chose Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic as their service project and completed a full renovation of our lab at our Prince Street location. This was not a simple update. The space was completely taken down and rebuilt with purpose.

Because of their work, we now have a more functional, efficient environment that strengthens the care we provide every day to uninsured people who live or work in Sevier County.

We are deeply grateful for this team who gave their time, talent and heart to make this transformation possible:
