Looks like our four-legged friends know a good thing when they find it 🐶💤 This sweet pup curled up on the PEMF loop all on their own — because even animals recognize the comfort and benefits of good energy. While we usually focus on the horses, it’s a nice reminder that PEMF is safe, soothing, and effective for many species.

📸 Early morning sessions bring out great releases.

This big yawn happened mid-PEMF session — and we love to see it! Yawning is one of the clearest signs a horse is releasing tension and starting to relax. It means the body is responding, the nervous system is unwinding, and we’re heading in the right direction.

Whether it’s the start of the day or the start of a rehab plan, these small signs speak volumes.

🌀 PEMF helps support circulation, reduce pain and inflammation, and encourage natural healing — all while helping your horse feel their best from the inside out.

Young horses need bodywork too! 🐴✨

Even if they’re just starting under saddle, introducing bodywork early can make a huge difference.

✅ Supports proper muscle development
✅ Eases tension from growth and early training
✅ Encourages better balance, focus & relaxation
✅ Helps prevent future compensation issues

Bodywork isn’t just for rehab and working horses — it’s a smart way to support growth and training from the start.

This nonprofit journey has taken everything we have and then some. We are doing our best to keep it together, to stay strong for the mares, for the foals, for the people who believe in this mission. But we are at a point where we need to be honest and say we can’t do this alone. We are dangerously low on funding. We have not yet been able to afford ANY of our winter hay, we have dentals on all of our mares due this fall, along with fall vaccines and deworming, high four figure monthly farm lease and plenty of vet bills, equipment payments and supplies to buy just to name a few.

We are $8,000 short on our “Semi of Support” fundraiser which buys the first load of alfalfa for our girls this fall. This is one load of several we will need for the winter months.

Every dollar goes directly to operations, we only have four boots on the ground, a small team of dedicated board members, and one unpaid intern.. When we made the shift, we had to trust the community would meet us half-way. We simply cannot do this without you.

If you’ve ever believed in what we’re doing…
If one of our stories has ever made you smile or cry or think “this matters”…
Please, I’m asking you—help us keep going.

If you can’t donate, we ask that you share our message as we make this push to survive our first year as a non profit.
On average our videos get 6 figure views from around the world. Occasionally we will get a video that goes viral with 2-3 million views. Earlier this year, we hit 8.9 million views in 28 days. Now- if every person donated just $1, it would drastically change our trajectory.
We would be able to help others in so many ways: lower our lease cost, broaden our reach, help other non profits, hire more people, own our farm, take in more mares, save more foals.

We are still here. We are still fighting.
Because these mares and our mission matter but we need community support!

With all my heart,
Bronwyn Watts

Dear Friends and Supporters: We are reaching out again to ask for your help in transporting critical supplies to areas where they are most needed if necessary. We have seen firsthand the difference that timely deliveries can make in the lives of horses/animals in crisis. Your monetary donation will directly support the cost of fuel, driver, logistics and supplies. Every donation small or large brings us closer to making a real difference. Thank you everyone.

🌀 Hurricane Season Information for Equine Evacuees

Each year, World Equestrian Center – Ocala supports the equine community by offering stalls to horses evacuating from storm-affected areas. While we hope for a calm season, we remain prepared to assist if the need arises.

This year, we’ve introduced a new process to help us respond quickly and efficiently during severe weather events.

🔗 Going forward, all hurricane and severe weather stall requests must be submitted through our official request form at hurricanestalls.wec.net.

📅 The form will only be activated if and when a storm poses a credible threat to Florida.

⚠️ Please note: Stall availability is not guaranteed and will be prioritized based on the storm’s projected impact zones.

For more details about our severe weather response process, visit hurricanestalls.wec.net, and follow the WEC – Ocala page for real-time updates.

✨ Healing in Progress ✨
This injury started out nasty — deep, inflamed, and painful. But with consistent weekly cold laser therapy, we’ve watched the healing unfold before our eyes.

💡 Cold laser therapy works at the cellular level to:
🔹 Reduce inflammation
🔹 Stimulate tissue regeneration
🔹 Promote circulation
🔹 Accelerate wound closure

This horse is now well on the road to recovery, with healthier tissue, less pain, and minimal scarring — all thanks to a treatment plan tailored to support healing, not just cover it up.

💬 If your horse is recovering from an injury, don’t wait. Cold laser can make all the difference — especially when started early and used consistently.

The more you know! I am a big believer in sanitation so this is right up my alley!

When you fill your horse's water buckets, especially if you are away from home, do not immerse the nozzle in the water.

This is because hose nozzles can be a major culprit in the spread of diseases.

“We’ve found with strangles that one of the best conduits of disease was a water hose, and you see this all the time at shows, where competitors and grooms use the same hose in a barn,” says Robert C. Stout, DVM. “What better way to move the disease from stall to stall and between horses who never actually come in contact with each other? We had one major strangles outbreak at a racetrack where we could track it right down the barn aisle where the same hose was used to top off water buckets.”

A recent study by scientists at Nottingham Trent University found that horses possess the ability to think and plan strategically, indicating higher cognitive reasoning than previously thought.
