After the very first YoMassage class, the demand led us to adding another 4 classes in Cowan for September. See the link below to sign up.

Our instructors teach a variety of styles and we are always willing to volunteer teach Children’s Yoga at any Schools or Camps throughout TN; since we love introducing Youth to stress relieving tools to add to their toolbox. What is on trend currently is Yomassage®. We’re finding it’s a popul...

🤚 Sometimes, injured tissues are too delicate for direct pressure massage.

✋ Massage can still help! 👏🎊

🤚 To help protect an injury, muscles and tissues surrounding an injury will often over tighten; this is called “guarding”.

✋ While some guarding is important, too much often causes more pain and discomfort.

🤚 Massage helps guarding tissues become looser, allowing better circulation of healing nutrients to the injury. 💥 💪👊

🤚 Massage also reduces the stress often found when suffering with injuries.

✋If you, or someone you know, are surfing an injury, call or text 615-397-8348, to see if I can help!

Do you ever walk barefoot?

When we walk barefoot, the nerves in our feet sense the different surfaces we walk on.

Those nerves send signals to the rest of the body about what is happening under our feet (such as an unstable surface).

The padding and shape of modern shoes shut down many of those signals.

We then lose important movement patterns that help our bodies move properly.

This can cause movement dysfunctions, pain, and discomfort as high up as the neck!

Walk barefoot, walk on grass, walk on rocks, MASSAGE THE FEET (I have some great techniques for that)!!

Your gut is responsible for more disorders than you might think! 👀

70% of serotonin (happy chemical) is made in the gut, so what’s going on in your gut is going to affect your mood! 👊

A sick gut leads to inflammation! 🔥
Inflammation leads to many disorders:

🔥Allergies
🔥Skin issues
🔥Brain fog
🔥Insomnia
🔥Can’t sleep enough
🔥Mental instability
🔥Arthritis
🔥Digestion problems
🔥Poor mobility

You are what you eat! 🍅🍓🌰🐠

Eat more anti-inflammatory foods such as tomatoes, almonds, berries, and fatty fish!

Get a massage! Release that serotonin and relax your gut! 👊
