Congratulations to our Dignity in Action Award Winner- LaDonna Howe, LPN. She was nominated for her commitment to building relationships with residents, families, and staff. She holds herself and others to high standards of care and is a great teacher. She is willing to talk with people and learn their story. LaDonna is a great asset to Ridgewood. The Dignity in Action Award is a quarterly recognition to one team member who has made a difference in the lives of the residents, families and/or other team members. Team Members are nominated by other team members, supervisors, residents or family members.
