In my classes, yes, we move through yoga poses. But I also weave in sound, breath work, mindful awareness, and inner self-work. My goal is for you to take what you learn on the mat and carry it into your everyday life. I want for my students to feel healthier, happier, and more balanced. To be modern day yogis- blending the old wisdom with the new world.
