2 young female athletes graduating from PT this week. Diagnosis- partial ACL tear and L hip bone inflammation from overuse/ inadequate training from coaches. Take home point here is for ALL athletes are at risk from poor training and coaching which can lead to devastating injuries. Listen to your children and they need to listen to warning signs of injury. Proper training and conditioning are the keys to having a successful athletic experience . Reach out with any questions. Stay strong and find people that will help. 😊
