Please note: effective February 1,2026 there will be a $25 charge for NO SHOW appointments . To avoid this charge please call to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment time. The charge applies to each patient scheduled. Repeat NO SHOW appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
