On the eve of The Big Cat Classic I want to thank my 3 competitors: Jessica Hall, Frank Sorrentino, Sylvia Gottuso for allowing me the pleasure to train you. I must say, not once did anyone ever complain or cry about how hard the training was - BTW that's why you are on point! Remember all I did was train you for your competition but YOU did all the hard work first by walking through the door, then the dedication you showed towards lifting. I'm so very proud of each of you but need I say there is one thing left to do!!! And you all know what that is so let's get it done smile emoticon See you bright and early tomorrow morning. Get a good night sleep.
